Welcome to Onfire.ai (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Onfire Inc. (“Onfire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please stop using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- Understanding the Agreement
By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. - Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted with a “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any actions taken through your account are your responsibility. - Accuracy of Information
All information you provide when creating or updating an account must be accurate, complete, and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

Any text, images, or other materials (“Content”) that you upload or post remain your responsibility. You affirm that you either own the Content or have the rights and permission to post it. - Lawful and Respectful Use
- You agree not to post Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes on third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms.
- Indemnification for Content
If your Content or conduct results in claims or legal actions against Onfire, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless (as detailed in Section 9).
4. Proper Usage and Restrictions
- License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms. - Prohibited Activities
- Using the Platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service or other users’ experience.
- Attempting to copy, distribute, or resell any aspect of the Platform in violation of our or others’ intellectual property rights.
- Regulatory and Compliance
If you use the Platform in a context that requires specific regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, PIPEDA), you are solely responsible for meeting those obligations. Onfire does not make representations about compliance with frameworks not explicitly stated.
5. Platform Status and Uptime
- Service Commitment
We strive to provide a 99% uptime over a year for the Platform. Real-time updates on our system status can be found at status.onfire.ai. - Variations
If different uptime commitments apply—such as those defined in a separate contract—they will take precedence over the general uptime target.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of Platform
The Platform and all original content, features, and functionality—such as text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilations—are the exclusive property of Onfire and are protected by international intellectual property laws. - Trademarks
You may not use any of our trademarks, trade names, or logos without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- As-Is, As-Available
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. - No Guarantees
While we aim to keep the Platform secure and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, nor can we ensure the absence of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permissible by law, Onfire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or goodwill). - Cap on Liability
In no event shall Onfire’s total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid (if any) to Onfire for the use of the Platform in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Onfire, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of or access to the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your infringement of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right.
- Any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.
10. Termination
- Termination by Onfire
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. - Effect of Termination
Upon termination, any licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., limitations of liability, indemnification).
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12. Additional Disclosures
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
