Agent Skills for Sales: The Ultimate Collection

If you're reading this, you likely already use agent skills in your GTM flow. You also know there are thousands of them floating around GitHub and skill directories. Which is best?
We did your homework for you. This guide presents 35 skills that automate busywork for sales reps.
🔥 Give your agent data it can actually sell with
A skill is only as good as what it can see. The Onfire Connector plugs your agent into Onfire's B2B data on technical buyers: verified people and companies, AI-scored prospects, intent signals, company filings, and employee footprint. Onfire Agent Skills teach the agent how to turn that data into ranked prospect lists, BDR account briefs, expansion plans, and Slack signal alerts.

What Is an Agent Skill vs. a Connector?
Skills, connectors, plugins, commands…what's the difference? Here's how these related terms break down:
- Agent skill: a skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file that describes a job and when to do it, plus optional scripts and reference files.
- Plugin: a bundle of skills, slash commands, and connector configuration that you can install with one click. Most vendor skills ship as plugins.
- Connector (MCP server): A connector gives agents access to a tool like your CRM or a data provider, while a skill teaches the agent how to use the tool once it has access.
- Command: In this context, a command refers to a slash command within a plugin, like /forecast. It has the same file format as a skill, but you call it explicitly instead of waiting for the agent to pick it up on its own.
The Ultimate Collection of Agent Skills for Sales
We built this list by looking at official plugin marketplaces, skill directories, GitHub, and first-person write-ups from sellers and GTM engineers. All figures are as of mid-September, 2026.

FAQs
What are agent skills for sales?
Agent skills are folders of instructions that teach an AI agent how to do a specific sales task, such as researching an account, drafting a cold email, or logging a call in the CRM. The agent loads the right skill automatically when your request matches what the skill is for, so you don't have to rewrite the same prompt every time.
Do agent skills only work with Claude?
No. Skills follow an open format and work in Claude (web, Desktop, Cowork, and Code), Codex, Cursor, and other agents. Some plugins are built for a specific environment, though. The Onfire plugin, for example, runs in Claude Code, and the HubSpot CLI skills work in Claude Code, Cursor, and Windsurf.
Which agent skill is best for account research?
It depends on who you sell to. For technical buyers, Onfire's bdr-account-research combines company filings, employee footprint, intent signals, and AI-scored prospects into one brief. If you need to see what's already in your CRM before a call, HubSpot's communication-history turns a record's activity into a pre-call brief.
Can agent skills replace SDRs?
No. Skills take the grind out of research, list building, writing, and CRM updates, but reps still own the judgment calls: who to prioritize, what to say, and when to push. The best setups have a human review every draft before it reaches a prospect.
How do I install Onfire Agent Skills?
Connect the Onfire MCP server at https://mcp.onfire.ai/v1/mcp (OAuth 2.1, no API keys), then drop the Onfire .plugin file into Claude Code. Full steps are in the Onfire docs.
